Swedish Pancakes
Nick made me Swedish pancakes when I got home from school last thursday. They were pretty yummy, I was actually really surprised since the only other thing he knows how to cook is pasta. ^.^ He pulled the recipe off the internet from here. We got the lingonberry sauce from Ikea, it's not sweet though, so the powdered sugar was a nice addition.
